Benefits of enrolling on our Reiki First Degree workshop include:

• A one day initial course with no previous  experience needed.
• As a Reiki Master I offer training in Reiki so that you feel confident in your ability to channel healing energy for yourself and for others.
• In a small group of like-minded people you can enjoy learning a new skill with close personal support.
• Observe demonstrations and deliver and receive a treatment by the end of the day.
• At each level you will learn the basics and receive an 'attunement' which enables the healing energies to begin to flow.
• You will then have 3 or 4 weeks to practice what you have learnt and time to read and absorb the material in the manual.
• There is a follow-up evening with time to ask questions, share experiences, practice Reiki and receive healing as well as meeting other more experienced Reiki practitioners within our Reiki Share Group.
• After taking this course you will be able to give self-healing €“ allowing yourself relaxation of both the mind and body, easing minor aches and pains as well as increasing your general well being.
• You'll be more at home with energies and will have enjoyed some deeply relaxing guided meditations.
• You will also be able to channel Reiki healing for family and friends.
• You will be asked to spend a minimum of one hour per day for 21 days on self-healing; to read the course book thoroughly, and to practice channelling healing for friends and family.
• The follow-up evening includes a final attunement; as well as the chance to share your experiences with other Reiki practitioners.
• Having received your First Degree Certificate you can continue to become a Reiki Practitioner at our Second Degree Reiki Workshop

Fee: The cost for Reiki One (First degree) is £85 which includes the 'attunement', Reiki Self Healing Meditation CD, detailed course manual & our Holynje Healing Centre certificate of achievement.
